As soon as we were beginning to hear about the dangers Covid-19, The Association of Reflexologists (AOR), my professional body, provided clear and detailed advice/guidance about the best way we, as therapists could protect ourselves and our clients. I have read the extensive information they have provided. I have even called and emailed a few times to make sure I am doing things right, and I can honestly say that I am confident in the knowledge that I am following professional as well as government guidelines at all times.

There are fewer things we are required to do by law, but Covid-19 is still with us and Autumn/Winter bring with them viruses aside from the Covid variants, so at the Hair and Beauty Lounge, we still have safety measures in place:

• All staff are still wearing face coverings. We would appreciate it if you also wore one. 

• Please sanitise your hands before you enter the building.

• Bring your own water with you.

• I will continue to call you the day before your appointment to do a risk assessment. I will also talk you through your consultation at the same time if you are a new client. This is so you can have as much 'hands on feet' time as possible.
